So what does it take to be in real estate for almost 25 years? Most of my day is spent talking to REAL PEOPLE! The more contacts I can make the higher the chances are that I´m going to meet the right person ready to make a move. I'm consistently in neighborhoods looking for qualified buyers and sellers. One of my hopes is to find that perfect buyer for my current listings for sale. Matching up buyers with homes is truly a VERY satisfying goal. My long list of satisfied past clients and proven track record shows my commitment to make EVERYONE happy!
Counseling with a Seller
Another large part of my day is spent practicing one of my strongest skills, negotiation. It may be hard to imagine, but a great deal of EACH real estate transaction is negotiation. From the beginning details of the sales contract, to the concessions given with repair requests, there is always the need to represent my clients to the highest degree.
Problem solving is also a huge part of my daily job. Whether it´s dealing with lenders, appraisers, home inspection problems or even conquering the excessive amount of paperwork today, it takes a lot of patience and experience to resolve the many glitches that occur during a transaction.

Paperwork with clients! Meeting with Buyers during a home inspection.
It is also extremely important to me to keep up with the trends and changes of the market AND the era we live in. I never want to be the realtor that gets stuck in the "good ole days." This is today, so you will find me blogging, networking via the internet on sites like activerain.com, and even advertising listings on sites like Craig's list or realtor.com.
It is my commitment to represent my clients and use ALL of the resources out there to make that happen!
